Each month, I post two articles, one on different aspects of our search for soul and a second on the soul practices that I and others have found helpful along the way. Following an introductory post entitled 'An invitation to the soul journey', there are currently two series of posts. The first is entitled 'Searching for soul' and it focuses on exploring various aspects of the nature of the soul. The second is entitled 'The soul journey' and it looks at the way in which we experience the journey as we move through our lives. The series to which a particular post belongs is displayed in green above the post title.

Each post in these series builds on previous posts so you may find it helpful to view them in the order in which they were posted. They are now listed from the earliest to the most recent.
